I am the Customer Success Manager for our US market, currently representing clients in enterprise and mid-market. My role involves being an advocate for each client and ensuring that they have a successful experience with their goals always at the forefront of my day to day - from signature, onboarding and throughout their client journey. This involves strategic communication internally with Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Production to help all areas of Clausematch understand our clients’ objectives.
Previously I worked as a Client Success Manager for primarily mid-market companies in the financial auditing space.
I accepted an offer with Clausematch because of the leadership team! Throughout the interview process I was extremely impressed with each leader that I met with and their vision for Clausematch in the upcoming years.
Last November our Chief Revenue Officer and Head of Sales, EMEA crossed the pond to attend a policy management workshop we hosted with GRC expert Michael Rasmussen in New York. After meeting with prospects and clients, we celebrated the end of a successful day by going to Madison Square Garden to watch the Knicks in action.
I would tell prospective employees to enjoy upcoming changes. The growth stage of a scale up is an exciting time, but it’s also an area of opportunity where each individual can make a major impact on the business.
I love to golf outside of work, although I am a bit rusty given the lockdowns and a majority of my golf friends moving out of Atlanta. Working out in any fashion is a must for me to keep myself mentally and physically fit, and I enjoy it!
