Having worked in the legal and compliance profession in financial services and energy, Evgeny sought to improve the current ways of how companies can understand and meet their compliance obligations and ensure that compliance is embedded into their business.

Danny Gal is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Revenue Officer at Clausematch. He previously worked for Validis as Chief Revenue Officer and has 10+ years of experience within compliance and risk, having worked on governance and compliance transformation projects within both Thomson Reuters and Complinet. Danny has spoken at industry conferences and facilitated expert panels and webinars for organizations, including Innovate Finance. He is also a Non-Executive Director and a Strategic Advisor for accelerator programs, including FemTech Lab.

Mark Reed is the Chief Technology Officer at Clausematch. In his role, Mark delights our customers by delivering exceptional products to help them operate their businesses safely. Previously, Mark was the Founder and CTO of a cloud-based RegTech startup called MyLife Digital and he held CIO leadership roles at financial services organizations, including Lloyds Bank and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. He also worked at PWC as a Management Consultant specializing in emerging internet technologies.

Emma Kempton is the Global Head of Customer Success at Clausematch. She has over 15 years of working with clients and is passionate about furthering standards of excellence, enhancing customer experience and business success. She previously worked in governance, risk and compliance within Thomson Reuters and Complinet and also focussed on Financial services clients at Reed Business Information.

Chad Schaefer is an experienced professional services leader who focuses on operational efficiencies and a positive and effective team and client relations environment. He has over 15 years of implementation and domain experience in the GRC / IRM space in multiple industry verticals. In his current role as Head of Professional Services, Chad focuses on operationalizing the knowledge and implementation experiences of the entire team with a goal of an efficient best-in class professional services team. Prior to joining Clausematch, Chad was in various roles including professional services leadership, senior consultant, project manager and developer with several GRC organizations.

Evgeny Pikalov is the Finance Director at Clausematch. He is a Chartered Accountant with a MBA from HKUST Business School. His background is in public accounting and external auditing for a Big Four accounting firm (KPMG). He also has operational experience in different finance roles for various companies and industries. At Clausematch, Evgeny built and led the Finance function focusing on providing the right information to the right people on a timely basis and supporting strategic and operational initiatives.

Yan Shtefanets is VP of Product at Clausematch. He has over 15 years of extensive experience launching and developing companies and products in various fields. Having a strong technical and business background, Yan leads product management at Clausematch helping build a product vision and overseeing its growth. He is involved in all cross-functional projects to help the company and its clients reach their goals.
